I am new to this but it looks like fun. I wanted to come to a practice and check it out. I have a few questions. 1. I was thinking about checking out the Loveland group (I live in Erie and work in Boulder). Is this info on the practice time and location current? www.myspace.com/realmmordor1st sunday at Namaqua Park at 2ish other sundays at Lakeside park at 1ish 2. I was thinking of coming on the 28th ... maybe 21st. Would those be good days to check it out. 3. How many people are in the loveland group? 4. How many people show up on a typical Sunday? 5. What is the age range of the loveland group? 6. Are there any kids that come to the practices? My son is 8 and loves to fight with foam swords. It would be great if there were other kids for him to play with while I play. If there aren't many kids that come to the loveland practices what about the other groups? 7. How bigs are the other groups? Which are the largest? Denver and estes park would not be too far of a drive either. Thanks Much

Hey Asbjorn, good to hear from you 1. Yes, the myspace page info is current 2. A good amount of us will be out of town those June weekends for Ragnarok in Ohio ( The biggest Dagorhir event of the year www.dagorhir.com/ragnarok ) 3. We have hundreds of waivers signed but, 4. Typical Loveland turnout is 15 to 30 depending on weather. Namaqua battles can get up to 50 5. Age range varies. 16 is our official fighting age. So 16 to 32 ? 6. We make exceptions for children who have parents who swordfight. Melissa and Amy's boys fight, I'm unsure of their ages... 7 to 11 ? My son fights and he's 13. 7. Out East the groups are in the hundreds. Eryndor is the largest, I would guess around 250 ( Michigan, Ohio). The last time I visited, Denver had about 15, Estes Park has 12 kids and 5 adults. Hope this helps, if you have any more questions please ask away

Thanks for the response. Ragnarok looks like fun. I'll plan to try that next year. Since people will proably want a week off after all that fun I'll come check it out on the 5th.
